is there some way i can see what topic notifications i have selected ?

To receive notifications from a topic, click the "notify" button while viewing it

The OP wants to know which topics they have subscribed to receive notification of.

Go to:
Profile
Notifications and Email

This will show all the topics you've subscribed to. You can unsubscribe from the link in the notification email also.
