Hi everyone, my family and i are long time campers but have only just purchased our first camper trailer. Our decision cameabout early last year and after months of research we decided on a trackabout deluxe tourer which we feel best suited our needs and our budget. With only one trip away under our belt to clarence gorge at christmas, which was cut short by a rapidly rising river we are looking forward to plenty more fun experiences with our new toy. Cheers Tim.

The Gorge?? Nice spot but I'll bet they are well under water now!

Welcome to Myswag Tim & Rechelle. Hubby and I have a trackabout Safari on order - our first ct too - so excited. Can imagine how you must be looking forward to getting out there and using it as often as possible.
Ours is due end of Feb or thereabouts - somehow think this terrible disaster down there may hold things up a tad. I'm sure they will have more important things to attend to after the water goes down, though I think where the factory is, is out of harms way.
Anway, enjoy your time on the forum - lots of very friendly, helpful members here.
Cheers from the tropics.

Thanks for the warm welcome guys, the forum came highly recomended by Johnny when we picked up our camper. Its great geting to see and here what other people with the same interests are doing and where there going and some very helpfull info on here.
Dont worry Sharyn im sure Johnny will get u your ct on time and you wont be disapointed we actually got ours earlier than we first thought we would,a box of those black and yellow cans can help things along. The tow vehicle is a 2000 v6 prado it has the usual stuff like lift,xs spotties, bullbar the best thing i put on was a set of rock sliders as you cant get to much lift in a prado, and the thing is better offroad than what i first thought it would be.
We will probably look at something like a 105 cruiser later in the year for the room and they make for a great touring truck.I'll try and work out the adding pictures thing and get some on here i'm a bit computer illiterate still but i'll have a go.
