Title: Jurgens Australia wound up
Post by: topcat on March 20, 2019, 07:40:04 PM
Just saw earlier - Jurgens Australia has closed its doors

Hopefully they have not taken deposits without the ability to deliver.

Not sure how it goes with caravans and getting parts such as body panels if involved in an accident. Bit different to a camper trailer that’s essentially a tent on a box trailer - the camper manufacturer goes bang and you can get a new tent anywhere. For example, car manufacturers have an obligation to supply parts for ~10 yrs.

Anyway, hope the company has provided for all its obligations 🤞

Working arriving to locked gates and the landlord seizing possession of all plant & equipment would suggest the have not?
