The 2 best riders of all time.
IMO Agostini is the greatest, his record wont be beaten. But what Hailwood did after 11 years out is astounding.

Cheers Glen

Struth....

An anti-lockdown protester accused of lighting a phone tower on fire because it carried 5G allegedly told police he dug a large hole in his backyard to imprison Premier Daniel Andrews.

Police accuse carpenter Nathan Glover, 44, of deliberately setting a Mount Eliza Telstra phone tower on fire that was about 1.5 kilometres from his home, about 2.20am last Thursday.
Nathan Glover has been charged after setting fire to a 5G phone tower.

The fire destroyed the tower and the damage is estimated to have cost more than $1 million.

A police prosecutor told the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court on Thursday evening that Mr Glover answered a September call-out in a chat group on encrypted messaging app Telegram called “Hoodlums of Melbourne Special Ops”.

User “Nate Gluv”, who the police allege is Mr Glover, wrote: “I’m down for special ops only if I get to burn something down.”

The chat group’s administrator responded: “Those 5G towers would make a nice fire”, to which Mr Glover allegedly replied, “my thinking exactly, I’ve made preparations already”.

Police allege Mr Glover gained entry to the tower by cutting cyclone fencing before climbing inside and pouring a mixture of red paint and petrol onto cabling at the phone tower site.

He then allegedly discarded a bottle containing the flammable liquid into some bushes, lit the fire and ran.

The prosecutor told the court that Mr Glover was captured on CCTV arriving at the tower on the Nepean Highway and leaving 10 minutes later on an electric scooter.

Yep, done similar in the past, but with a proper exhaust patch gasket thingie.

For my own smile ...

Dinner last night at the pub in Blackbutt, the Hotel Radnor.

Texas-Style Chicken Schnitzel, with bacon & BBQ sauce, served with onion rings, chips & salad.

The usual massive servings you get from a country pub, which is a smile in itself ;D, & which they obviously realise, because sitting on a table just inside the door of the dining room is a stack of self-serve take-away trays so you can pack up the left-overs & take them with you! :cup:

Would you like to have a guess what today's lunch is ??? ;D

Can honestly say Ive never had to do that .. Though I do have a mate that we once used two falcon tailshafts [ trimmed of ends ] stick welded together and hung as a straight through  exhaust sytem on his 250 XA Falcon,  Wasnt overly loud, But the flames and glowing  red bits of carbon sparks spinning back towards you and plinking off the windscreen and panels  at night when following him was a bit offputting to some .  ;D ;D ;D

I think i might be pregnant.

I'm irritable, have mood swings, i've got bloated ankles, and.....

I have the massive desire for an omelette this morning.
Wish the ol girl would hurry and get her arse out of bed.

I've diced the peperoni and fresh tomato.
There is 5 x 800gram eggs begging to be cracked.
The grated cheese is ready, the herbs and spices are all lined up.
The pans ready.... i just have to cook it now.

If she doesn't get her arse out of bed soon, she'll be getting fukkin Cornflakes..... i want my omelette.
I DON'T CARE HOW NICE THE HAND SOAP SMELLS.....

You should never walk out of the public toilets sniffing your fingers.

Hi,
Some years ago the Yanks did similar, but it was Star Spangled Banner on a Highway. Sounded best at the legal speed limit. There was an interview with the chap who worked out the spacing required for pitch and rhythm.
Cheers
