So long as you have tried your best, you should have no regrets.

On the news app this morning.

‘ Mr Perrottet said 141 people from nine southern African countries impacted by the variant — South Africa, Lesotho, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Seychelles, Mozambique, Namibia, Eswatini and Malawi — had arrived in NSW over the past 24 hours’

Refer statement made by minister for health on the previous page re the number of people we have travelling to Australia from the countries of concern (in the political section >:D)

interesting for Triton owners .... wonder where this will lead..

https://www.news.com.au/technology/motoring/motoring-news/mitsubishi-sued-for-misleading-fuel-consumption-claims/news-story/c4861d49c1cc7949b2c027fc49eaba8a
Isn't that how advertising works though? They all test show off products in perfect conditions. That would be like suing mc d's for selling burgers that don't look like the picture on the menu board, or prepped food that doesn't look like the picture on the box. When I bought my triton in 2014 I couldn't achieve the fuel figures they claimed. I was close but. I just put that down to the normal advertorial bullShit that we've all come to accept these days. Sadly.

I think the last paragraph of the referenced ‘news’ story probably pinpoints the reason for the lawsuit🤣

But "last month, South Korea took the emergency step of importing 27,000 litres of urea solution from Australia"

If we're in such desperate straits, why did we give it to Korea ???

Cause we don't make nuthin for our selves any more, we export the raw materials so we can then try to buy back the finished product from a foreign entity  >:(

Probably because what ever company owned the product were happy to sell it.
I don't think there is any mandate that dictates where or who I sell my products to.

Great Move... would never happen here, Gov Co relies too much on the Tax

New Zealand has taken a major step in its plan to get its smoking population under five per cent by 2025, with the move meaning many children will never be able to legally buy cigarettes in the country.

The new legislation means New Zealanders aged 14 or under will be banned from buying tobacco, even as adults.

Each year the legal smoking age will be increased, with a new age group added to the ban list until the country is completely smoke-free.

The new legislation was announced on Thursday, with New Zealand’s associate health minister, Ayesha Verrall, branding it a “historic day for the health of our people”.

“We want to make sure young people never start smoking so we will make it an offence to sell or supply smoked tobacco products to new cohorts of youth. People aged 14 when the law comes into effect will never be able to legally purchase tobacco,” Dr Verrall said.
