Arrived at BNE at 4.45am, for our flight at 6.30am yesterday morning for Adelaide, checked our bags in, mine was right behind Karen's. Domestic was packed. Heaps of FIFO, talking to a couple in guys, they've been doing the gig for a few years, never seen it as busy on a Monday morning.
Arrive in Adelaide, my bag got left in Brissy.
We are told it will arrive at our accommodation between 4pm & 10pm.
We were attending a mates service, I was one of the pallbearers, I had to buy clothes, cause I only wore boots, shorts, shirt.
How do 2 bags on the same ticket get separated and one left somewhere?
I know Sh1te happens, but we weren't the only ones, 7 others were missing luggage.

Anybody with a love for Pink Floyd has be be a good bloke.
We walked into his house, his wife, and our long time friend had no idea we were coming, his daughter and son had keep it a secret from Kim.
I was doing fine, until the 6 of us had to pick up his casket and place on the rollers of the Alter.
They then played Wish You Were Here.
What a wonderful celebration of his life.
Then back to a small pub in the city for a few catchup.

Well said, Hairs. It would have been nice to remember your mate this way.
A number of years ago, the big C got one of my mates at age 42. Shine on You Crazy Diamond was the music that celebrated his life.

Music is such and emotional trigger.
It can bring a tear & a smile, it turns back time and it can lift you up.
I've always got tunes playing, it feeds my soul.
Take care

What sized balls do you need to be a navigator in rally car

Colin McRae 1968 - 2007
15 years ago the rally world was shocked by the death of Colin McRae. We could look through our favorite photos but we thought let's showcase what he did best! Driving a stage in Rally of Great Britain 2001.
Great vid of him in action.

Driving a stage in Rally of Great Britain 2001.

Whenever I see anything like this, I can't believe the people standing on the side of the track as, a lot of the time, the car's sliding sideways around a curve! Even better is the one's you see taking a photo, then running off the track itself, as the car's coming towards them at 100kph! ::)

They'll have to reduce it to a 10 lap endurance race.

Anyone with Optus???

Optus has suffered a massive data breach, compromising the personal information of up to 9 million customers.

About 2.8 million customers have had all their personal details taken in the cyber attack, including their passport and licence numbers, email and home addresses, dates of birth and telephone numbers.

About 7 million had their dates of birth, email addresses and phone numbers stolen.

Optus chief executive Kelly Bayer Rosmarin said that the company is investigating the incident and has notified the Australian Federal Police and regulators.

Yep, seems likely that it's a kid who found their open doorway with the Visitors Welcome sign hanging above it :(

Popular consensus is that they asked for a "massive" ::) amount of $$$, but then got scared when they saw what a hornet's nest they've stirred up! >:D

Hmm, why do some people feel the need to have a go at others opinion?
It's an opinion, not an attack on anyone personally, it's an opinion based on their life experiences, but some make it personal.
I guess that's why many have left MySwag, BTW, it's not just here, it's many forums/FB groups.
Always seems to be some/one ready to prove/correct someone wrong, :(
