Yep you're right Bird. Got some heavy rain in Wodonga overnight and it absolutely persisting down at the moment. Bottom of the downpipes are squirting water out. :-*

Looks like winter is about to hit us next week.

14 to 24 during the week with clear skies, sunny days.

I was just thinking the same. Then I thought of Sol and company in FNQ. Our temperatures would be UGG Boot weather for them.  ;D

People posting about Gold Coast and Northern NSW weather should be posting here - not on the Vic site.  We have 21 mm of rain so far today bit expecting it to get wilder tomorrow.

We like to make our Southern friends feel special by posting in their thread...that and their thread is easier to find due to all the crap weather they regularly get down there, we'd have to look back through many pages looking for a Qld specific thread if there was one, as all we usually get is sunshine here

Lol, you're right but I've started a new one just in case.

Is it sunny in Qld today, or not?

Setting this thread up for the Mexicans up north on holidays (oh and the locals) to share the weather events.

I hear it was a bit wet and windy yesterday?

Not as bad as down the coast but 21 mms of rain on Saturday and about 25 mm today already. Expect about 70 mms all up over this weekend. But then rain is predicted for the next 5 days. Should be very good for the farmers.

PS: Just checked the rain gauge at 4pm - we have had 61 mms today already.
