In my opinion a good conversion done well is no more unreliable than the factory vehicle, it just has to be done well.

Correct, once again John, but very few swaps have the same level of thought, care, and attention to detail, as yours. :cup:

In the rush to get things back on the road, most look like they've been thrown in from 100m away........

I had a 2.8GU, It was a ripper 4x4 for the Dollars but it just wouldn't tow my boat(800kgs all up on road). Well it would but getting it rolling was slow and boat ramps were a problem. A mate had a 3.0 petrol GQ that he swapped an RB25T into. It went from woeful to weapon. I thought long and hard about doing the swap myself but in the end I just sold the GU and bought something that had the get up and go that I required. 1HD-FTE, beautiful. :cheers:
