Nice, however the arse has fallen out of the retro bikes and parts market. I'm trying to sell some of my prior builds and not getting any interest :(

:o Never expected that to happen.

Luckily too big for me :)

The lucky bugger is over in Italy enjoying the riding over there. Following him on Strava.

Can't see him selling them anyway though, bikes seem to be his passion.

You’d think it would have to have a standard scooter ‘platform’ for push starting. Can’t imagine the skill you would need to launch it using the pedals🤔

Got me a set of Blue hub Airlite Track Singles today, along with a set of NOS Shimano Track hubs, that are the last of the 600 series before Dura-Ace started, along with a Dura-Ace rear Derailleur (6sp) for my Rapello road bike.  8) Pics to follow.  ;D

Yes. Love the way he drove it up that last climb and said he had been waiting for that stage.

Seems like a humble person too. :)

Were on vacation with the family last year, and traveled through the forest and mountains. There is a photo, unfortunately only of my bike. My son also has a bike, it wasn't included in the photo. I found it with my wife, as the best bikes for children https://www.bikethesites.com/best-20-inch-mountain-bikes-for-kids/ #3 , safety model

And how much credit was given to him, by our forking useless chithead media?  >:( If it had of been some dipchit League, Soccer, Union or Aerial Pingpong player, it would have been a lead headline for the news!  >:( ::)

As a matter of fact, our young riders are performing very well on the World Stage at the moment and one rider that I follow = Sarah Gigante, is got her first major Tour Stage win around 3wks ago and that's, after breaking a  a leg and and other problems with her heart, before the Olympic Games but lets focus on the chithead football players that can't back up after a four day rest between games!  ::) >:(

not sure about that...

in australia, regardless of personal view, cycling is a niche sport.  the media will cover what sells papers and clicks.  that's business.  nothing personal to cycling.

but, here are some of the biggest online media outlets in the country talking about Jai:

even has made it to the huge world of finance:

I must have missed the "memo" saying that it is a "niche" sport.

i started that comment with 'in australia'... not 'the world'...  i am fully aware of its overall popularity across the globe and australia.

but,

in australia, it is a niche sport, compared to NRL, AFL, Basketball, motorsport, etc... especially when it comes to broadcast rights deals.

are you debating the fact that cycling is bigger than the main stream sports in Oz?

you mentioned that there was no coverage.  i gave you multiple links, from some of the biggest media outlets in the country.

the coverage might not have been to your liking, but there was coverage and probably got millions of clicks/views from those outlets.
