Guys today is RUOK day, please ask your mates are they OK, it's alright to ask for help.

Guys, there is a lot of mate ship on this forum and equally people doing it tough, take the time to reflect and offer support

Had two texts from mates this morning.  A very worthy program as blokes tend to bottle things up too much.

No problems asking and have had plenty of blokes check in with me  (thank you gents)

Reckon the problem now is getting blokes to be able to say "no not all right" rather than "yep all good"
