caravan parks in or around brisbane

hi all,

looking for the best caravan park in or around brissy, will be there in early march for a concert and a catch up with some friends, as this is the first major stop on our round oz trip :)

Hi Terry, checkout the Brisbane Holiday Village, it's only ten to fifteen from the CBD but was a great place to stay back in 09.

Or on the northside the Big 4 wasn't to bad the year before last when we stayed there as well.

It's a bit further out of town but Donnybrook is a top little spot right on the Pumicestone Passage, you can set a line 50m from your tent, nice quiet little park there.

Newmarket gardens caravan park on Ashrove ave. Closest caravan park to Town if thats where the concert is ? Public transport (buses) pretty much at the driveway. Clean amenities though no pool.

Another vote for Brisbane holiday village. Lived in that area for years and seen the park transform into one of the best in Australia. Be careful though, there are two more parks in holmead road, don't stay in these. pretty crappy.
