I've been waiting for this for a while...

These guys are friggin mental!

I imagine the old ticker would have been pumping during that whole scene!

At least they got both vehicles out and can have a beer and tell a good yarn at the end of the day.

The angle of the snatch strap still under tension also helped to pull it back over aswell

Good to see he was humble enough to say what a stupid decision he made to go back across that last time.

Goes to show that even experienced people can get into trouble - if they can, anyone can. A good lesson learned!

I was surprised that they only had one guy on a shovel, surely with all those kitted out rigs they have more than one long handled shovel?
Good that he is able to reflect at the end. thanks for posting it.

Don't think it was that bad. ;D   If it was bad, the cameraman would have been told to drop the camera and help...

Now every bog they get in will be compared to this one..

Even if they have a real bad bog, they will say, glad it wasnt as bad as the roll over bog.

agree, he earned a lot of respect back from me by admitting it was a dumb call.

but yeah, EMG's staged crud (remember the troopy on the beach, lol) have got nothing on these boys :)

That ute certainly blew a bit of smoke for a few moments there after being righted.

Been watching this show on TV it's my first series. I quite like these guys, they are certainly clowns but there pretty straight up and they don't shove advertising down your throat every 5mins.
Here for a good time, not a long time!

Maybe footage of the others helping ended up on the editing floor.

Also in one of their previous episodes, they each had a shovel so maybe a bit of it was staged.

Not trying to take anything away from the show as I really enjoy it.

I thought the original bogging might have been staged? He seemed to lift of and slow very quickly before he stopped. Or maybe that was him break through the bog?
