We don't do a big amount here just enough for our horses should be an ok year for us.  I have chatted to some farmers in the area they are cutting at the moment so I guess we will wait and see it is the dry summer I don't look forward too.

Should get around 200 small squares off our place this year, so not too bad. But the dry and warm end of winter/start of spring and the wind we have had drying stuff will probably be down a little bit around our area.

So the baler is somewhat sorted. Rake is itching to get out there and do some work. Now to align the time and the motivation at a time everything is dry and I will be into it!

Took the deck off my new mower to look for the grease nipples on the spindle, found them after looking for a while. so greased them and the other things that needed a spray..

also greased the deck wheels..

turned it upside down and sharpened the blades with the angle grinder.

then got carried away and scrapped off all the grass, then got even more carried away after I wire brushed the hard to get off grass, I gave the underneath of the deck a spray paint. Yes its barley done 8 hours work and I have painted the underneath of the deck already..

I saw a deck that was all rusty when I was picking up my new mower and thought I don't what mine to look like that ever, So I hope I keep painting it and keep it looking nice.

then refitted the deck before I forgot how it goes on..

And in the background is another Heavy duty offroad trailer on the workbench waiting to be finished..

Might even turn it into a camper if it doesn't sell.. its a 7x4.5... 18inch sides.

Rust on the deck   ??? painting the bare metal  , ???  you have got way to much time on your hands . Mine don't rust cause they havnt got time to cause they are in motion most of the time  .
You will have to remove the blades to sharpen them with a bench grinder , you really do the hack job with an angle grinder  ;D
Looks like a sweet ride , ,,,show us your cup holder  >:D

no no, mine wasnt rusty, I wanted to put a coat of paint on the inside of the deck to help the grass fall off easier, I wont do it every time, well not with a spray can, too expensive. almost a can of spray paint.

And I used a Flap disk on my 125 angle grinder, the job I did was extremely neat, no hack job there..
The flap disk is a little more gentler than a straight grinding disk and the finished work is smooth..

(I like to finish my grinding (of other jobs and where its touched regularily when the jobs finished) with the flap disk. No grinding marks and polishes up the steel and welds and looks great.)

Made and extension lead with Anderson Plugs on each end from a broken set of jumper leads.
I am yet to fit batteries to the CT, so this allows me to park the Tug away from the CT a short distance.

welded on the A frame to the next trailer, went over a few welds, then took it off the workbench and put it on the floor ready to fit the wheels and flip over.
