This is my mates car. Runs a 421 Chev & glide. 700hp at the fly. Runs 9.9's all day. Nearly finished plumbing a shot of gas into it. Starting with a 75-100hp shot and going from there.

2015 Mitsi Pajero. Dobbo MRR Lift, ARB Bar, MM4X4 Lock Up Mate, Intervolt DC Pro DBS, 12,000lb Mako winch. Bla Bla Bla.

96 80 Series. Lots of mods, not enough wheeling. - Gone but not forgotten.

I use to play with the ol blue bottle a fair bit.

If his engine is in pretty good nick, it will take more than that, but sneak up on it.

The most I ever used was a 300 shot, 200 in low gear on the hit and a 100 on the second gear change. The stock rods and crank took it, but they use to moan a bit, in the end, we went 200 + 50 and the engine loved it. That was 20 years ago now and let me tell ya, it was a big hit of gas back then.  ;D
Little ol 302 Windsor and it got it on the street, at the track.

If he has any questions, give me a yell or I think Shane has played with the giggly stuff too.

Actually, Shane's most likely more up to speed with it all, but tell ya mad to use a retard unit or he'll kill parts.

Motor was built with gas in mind originally.  Has a full data logger computer system on it & it controls the gas side of things as well.

He probably took the 300 shot himself, and giggled like a schoolgirl all the way down the track.

I used to run Nitrous on one of my old 351's.

It was just an under carby madden nitrous system, about 20 years ago now. But I would have jets in it for around 200hp and the hit was awesome. It run 4:11's in the 9" and would light the Mickey T's up at will ;D

Oh to be young a silly again.....now I'm just silly ;)

Got a wild way of staging before launching the car, that intake set up would be interesting to see in full too.

Yeah, when he whacks it on the Trans-Brake with a gut load of revs, she jumps around a bit.

I can tell ya, I was never that harsh on it, but then, we staged with only 3,800rpm on the dial too. Sh!t I miss drag racing.

That's more than half of the rpm the Falcon is doing through the traps. It's barely turning over.

Would have loved to have gone to that meeting on Saturday.

Will do. Not going away this time over Xmas, but might get up there for a day. Will definitely be up there once the silly season and heat stops.
