New from Brisbane
« on: May 01, 2011, 10:25:21 AM »
Hi all
Have been an on and off visitor for a while and after being on a couple of other forums for ages, decided I had better join this one as well, seems a lot friendlier than some of the others and plenty of ideas I can hopefully use in my situation and maybe I can pass on some.

I go by the handle of Boxxy, it seems to have stuck so why change it, wife and I have just taken delivery of our new Cub Camper, towed by our 2008 D22 Nissan Navara and took the trailer on it's maiden "off road" trip to Fraser Island on the Easter break and gotta say, we love it, especially afetr having a soft floor (or divorce maker as we called it LOL) for the last 2 years.
Have so far fitted 2 batteries to it to give us extended stays out bush and internal lights. To be added include more lights and electric water pump but I assume I will get more and brighter ideas from Cub owners here.

We are members of The Motley Crew 4wd and Social Club here in Brisbane and have been part of it since its beginning, full of like minded people who enjoy getting out and about in this great land of hours.

Will attempt to attach a current photo of our set up (hope it works LOL).

Welcome to myswag boxxy, good looking setup you have there. The question is, did you catch any fish?
