Hi Myswaggers,
I'm new to this site and would like to introduce myself. I don't own a camper trailer, but prefer to hire one when I need to. I'm not sure when we will buy one. It's a long way off at this stage. I love the outdoors and especially love the outback. We're planning a big trip next year into the Kimberleys, with our trusty Triton and hired T-Van. The family is still getting used to road trips after our foray up to Fraser Island last year. I've been told we need a few refinements for our future trips, just to make things more comfortable. There is still many more places I would like to show the family. We are so lucky to live in Australia. I've only just discovered MySwag and found it to be very interesting and informative. I'm looking forward to reading more MySwag posts and topics. I hope I can make a useful contribution.

G'dayDazz49,
Cheers mate.
We had done little trips up until September last year, when we spent 30 days on the road, We have been bitten with the bug now. Just want to get out there and see it.
How good is it, you wouldn't want to be anywhere else in the world.
Check out the Trips, Tracks, Touring and Reports (http://myswag.org/forum/index.php?board=3.0) there is always someone going some where ;D
Travel safe guys.

Thanks for the welcome GG. I'm sure I'll be asking plenty of questions. Especially with planning for the upcoming trip. Hopefully, one day, I can offer some advice too.

G'day & Welcome Dazz, though I see you've settled in already.
Hiring when you need one is a sensible approach, though I saw your comment about needing some refinements and I guess that is where having your own camper comes in; it's packed with your stuff, the way you want it.
