Got a deadline, Mrs Spada's 50'th party in a month. She wanted a kitchen reno for her birthday, so I'm upgrading the firepit  >:D 2 birds, 1 stone  ;D

Hate to tell you this, but there's a fair chance that that's probably not the kitchen upgrade she wanted! ::) >:D

That is a good option for a kitchen upgrade.
The good woman did one earlier this year and little did I know that a 'Kitchen upgrade' includes ripping all the existing house tiles up and reflooring with a pretend timber look, new bedroom carpets, a full strip and rebuild of the laundry, twelve Ikea flat packs of new furniture  :'( :'( :'( and numerous sundry items.

Time for an update, roof is finished now. Next job will be hood & flu for the firepit and some 12v lighting.

Added some 12v lighting yesterday. Went up last night to check it in the dark and just happened to catch the end of a spectacular sunset.

Mrs Spada asked for some fairy lights near the step to the outhouse. Had an old tea kettle hanging up and an over-sized cup/saucer planter pot. Bit of wire & some solar lights turned it into this-
edit- no idea why the picture turned sideways, and cant seem to fix it. sorry bout that.
