Agree with Mark 100%. One of the first things I check when buying is the bottom of the door rubbers. Also cleaning the boot is just as important as the inside.
If you park/advertise your car on the side of the road, don't put a windscreen size sign that says " FOR SALE" (captain obvious) and then put the price in 15mm letters on a piece of A4 paper so that people can't see the price unless they pull over.
Just put the price on on the big windscreen sign.
