Hi,
We manufacture composite fibreglass panels for building caravans and motorhomes. They can also be used for camper trailers. The pics are of one i built for myself.

Hi All,
I've started construction of a poptop crossover camper for myself or production if anyone is interested. Happy to supply panels as a kit to anyone who wants to build their own. Composite panels will all be cnc cut for easy assembly. I've only done work on chassis at the moment. It is all aluminium but could be done easier and cheaper in steel for those wanting to build their own chassis.
Specs for my camper are as follows,
Body size closed for towing is 4600mmx1970mmx2050mm total height from ground,
Cruisemaster independent suspension, double shock,
Double bed,
Couch converting to double bunks,
Internal shower toilet,
Small internal cooker and bench space,
Outdoor kitchen and fridge.
large awning converting to annex
I'll continue posting pics as it progresses.

regards
Shaun

Shaun,
Do you have any details of construction using the fiberglass panels?  Corner attachments, reinforcing, hinge attachments, seals, etc?  Do you mount over a frame or would it be its own structure?
Your help is appreicated.
Thanks
