Yeah Ex .. It was a bit of a  :-\ moment ... If the truck dosnt burn to the ground overnight ...Should be good to go ..  ;D
At some time O' clock AM tomorow hopefully all going well, the cheapy kings inverter will get a test run with the cappuchino pod machine ...Lets seee what that does to the Lectical things ..
Never used / soldered / heat shrinked  so many connectors / breakers / fuses / cables as fat as fingers and leccy stuff ever ..
Usualy its a few bits of speaker wire twitched together and a few spade crimps ..

The things we do to make Wives happy ... Gotta have that Golden Cappuchino to start the day ...Yeeaaahhh   ........ Naaaahhhh . not for me .

:cup: :cup: :cup: Bonus is the truck didnt burn to the ground overnight .. Inverter runs the the Coffee pod machine " YAAAAAAYYYYYY
Compressor is doing its thing and the 20+ yro Waeco is chilling at at a Frosty 3*C..
All without Magic smoke .... PHEWWWWWW  big sigh of relief  ;D  Baby Engel tie downs to go ..

Well I'm thinking its not too bad .. Cold soaking the  50lt waeco running -3 totaly empty + computer fan full time & 21lt Engel totaly empty running -19 + computer fan full time  .. Pulled 34% out of the lithium battery [ 2x 100 AH in parallel ] in 21 hrs  ....
Power usage / cycling   should drop back a fair bit once they get filled with cold stuff  and The cold settings can be reduced ..

The next three days will see Birdsville play host to some of Australia’s most recognised music legends at the Big Red Bash.
With a line up of Jimmy Barnes, Missy Higgins, Kasey Chambers, Jon Stevens, Kate Ceberano, Richard Clapton and so many more we know you’ll all have an amazing time.

Hearing that wan.ker Kyrios was flogged.

When it was mentioned on TV last night, I said then it's more a case of which one do you want to lose the most ???

Truly great to see an Aussie in the Finals, but did it have to be him ??? :'( >:(

Like him or hate him, he had the talent to beat Novak last night, but on the night it wasn’t to be. Some great shots by both of them.
The last 2 games, Kyrgios has been well behaved and the tennis has been good to watch.

Wouldn’t say he was flogged. I don’t really follow or watch tennis much, but I watched the last 2 games of his and all I saw was great tennis.
Wasted talent…for sure.

We taped a TV show a while back about the Hornby company, who've been making model trains, Airfix models & Scalextric slot-cars pretty well forever.

Finished watching the last episode last night, which was all about Scalextric.

At one point they had a shot of a pile of old slot cars - recognise anything? ;D

When I was a kid one of my dads best mates was the Australian importer for all these brands
We looked forward to Christmas as he would send us over a great big box of stuff that the boxes were cut or damaged

As a kid, early teenager(76), I had the JPS 6 wheeler F1 & a Porche Scalextric cars.
It was a big thing in Ballina, the old picture theater had 8 lane track.
Lismore, the 2LM/Squash courts held big meets.
Thanks for the memories.
