Red Rock hot water unit

Hi there guys, am away at the moment and my 6 litre unit will not ignite. Have replaced the batteries,and checked for loose wires. Doing my head in. Any suggestions please?

Assume you have tried gas and water flow first...

Maybe check the battery contacts, batteries in the right way? Water flow.. connections the right way around?

Not being smart, these are some of the probs I have had.
