If your going to sell your car with a RWC.  Go and get it checked out first, so you know exactly how much it will cost you.

Don't assume it needs nothing and ask top dollar for it.  That way a buyer doesn't negotiate a price subject to their friends mechanic giving it the all clear.  Said friend and mechanic then waste a Saturday morning finding almost $2000 worth of repairs required, only for the seller to then up the price by $1500 once he find out!
