Another Noobie
« on: March 13, 2013, 08:45:33 PM »
Hi All

We went and hire a CT last week for the long weekend, just to experience it and bloody hell we enjoyed it and especially the kids 6 & 3 first time camping.
So looking forward to a lot of reading on here.

  Matt

We have just ordered our first CT and can't wait to pick up after Easter.
We are looking forward to learning lots of the forum too.

Fixed it for you....  ;D >:D

Nah just kidding, welcome to the tribe. As a hint, have a look at what manufacturers are on here, then poke them in the ribs for a fellow swagger discount.  8)

Heaps to choose from tho, it can seem a bit overwhelming but they are all different and each have a unique point that will appeal to some and not others.
Also if you end up with a trackabout please post LOTS of extra pictures, im slightly jealous of the tracky owners they are a tough looking set up.

Cheers

Thanks Evo!  Can't fix the dodgy posts and thankfully the mods tend not to sensor for dodgy - good job too, otherwise I would not be allowed to post.
Anyway, not wishing to poach this thread - Excellent idea on hitting up the manufacturers (who post) for discount.
Also checkout the mods that people do - some are simple and useful, and at the other end of the scale, if you are handy, you could undertake a complete construction based on the photos and advice you can find in this forum.
