Not if you go back and read some of the stuff the judge said and did and the dpp had tp appeal or the whole trial would have been aborted

His story of the whole situation was from a Disney movie. It was never going to get him off the charges. IMWO, if it was true, he is the unluckiest man on the planet.

That was an agreement made out of court apparently, I thought it was the judge but it wasn't

Just been talking an another forum about the upcoming 3G mobile network closure, & it turns out that it may impact more phones than expected!

Have a look at https://amta.org.au/3g-closure/check-my-device/ & also https://www.telstra.com.au/support/mobiles-devices/3g-closure to check out what may happen with your phone, as "just" being 4G doesn't mean it will still work.

Apparently the level of Android / iOS it runs on will also effect things!
