Hi from another newbie......
« on: June 14, 2014, 10:28:09 PM »
Well, this is a brand new experience for me........... have never ever posted on an online public forum before.......it feels a bit daunting to this techno-dinosaur!
Am far more comfortable sitting on the sidelines observing...... as I have done for many months here as a guest- but you can't be a guest forever :)
And there seems to be such a sense of community- and a wealth of knowledge here...
My husband and I dived in, after much research, 2 years ago, into the world of campertrailers (after our tent died), with our rearfold Safari Trackabout- to which we have just upgraded our kitchen to a Drifta.
Our only regret is that we are so time-poor, but we so love just getting out with it.
Looking forward to what we can learn here- and to what we can offer.
Thanks.

Welcome to your first ever forum.  Well done for taking the plunge  :cup:

A Trackabout with a Drifta kitchen is a mighty CT.  Good choices.

Hope you enjoy your time on here

Happy camping

Wow...... thanks guys for the welcome...... all in the space of a few hours.
Yes, we are pretty happy with our CT...... :)......... all the time spent researching certainly paid off! So easy to just jump at the first thing that you see and like- but we are glad now we didn't move to quick on decisions.
And yes, I will post up some pics- once I work out how!! Remember I am a techno-dinosaur!

Welcome, enjoy. Gotta make those trips when ever you can, even if it's just an overnighter.
