Hi Folks..John here from the Albany Nomads
Ive just sold my old Jayco Hawk and want to reduce the amount of canvas and speed up the set up time for my overnight stays on my next camper  buy.
I have to get it under my rear garage door which has a height of 2.1m as such still plan to stay to the concept of a camper style rather than a caravan style.
As such ive been thinking along the lines of an AVan cruiseliner (i met a guy with one in SA that had just come across the great Central Road late last year ) ..but I see Coromal also made a similar set up called a mirage 455

Just wondering if any of you  could give us any feed back on this model (roof, walls , sealing etc ) or on a AVan cruiseliner
There is only two of us..our traveling is mostly overnight quick stops for say approx 3 nights before we get to our final destination where we may stop for say 3 nights , and as said I'm restricted to getting under 2.1m

I want to reduce the amount of canvas as I find it a hassle when wet and folding things up and also want to speed up quick late night stop arrival and departures
Any advice much appreciated

kind regards John from the Albany Nomads

We just saw the Eco-Tourer at the camping show and it's set up is awesome! No canvas either. It's a little bit ugly but very impressive in the flesh

Interesting looking thing.

How much room do you lose with the walls not being square on the ends? that could be a downer.
