navigating this site

I am fairly confused with this site. I have posted a topic and can follow it but I cannot find for the life of me where I posted it - I would like to post a follow up but go around in myswag circles...

In introductions is where you'll find it

"Click on your username to the left, the click 'show posts'"

Now I am even more confused!

could not find it in introductions,

followed the given link (but that doesn't help)

and I clicked on my username where ever I saw it but there was never any "show posts" !

I don't know what it is with this site , I consider myself reasonable PC literate but it took a good 20 min to find this post back again.

A shame this appears to be a forum with lots of useful info, but I think I have to give it a miss as it frustrates me to find my way around..
