Strange question but....
Where would i buy a model toy of a Nissan Patrol GU Wagon?
Does anyone know of anyone who makes model vehicles as i would love to get a model of our GU Wagon towing our camper trailer to put on our wedding cake. If i can even just get the car i think it would be cool.
Failing a model toy, does anyone know of anyone who makes them out of plastic or even icing? I have seen them but they dont make cars anymore.
I have been looking at the matchbox cars etc in Kmart and done a search online, and the closest i can get is a "spanish police Patrol Wagon" from europe.

G'day HerGu. How about this:

Not sure how big you want it, but 1:43 scale should be good for a wedding cake. Good luck with the trailer though ;D Love to see some pics of the finished cake. Make sure you fit some muddies and lockers tho, that icing could be tough to get through ;D ;D
Congratulations too. I hope you have a rippa of a day!!
Cheers

Hi HerGU
I recall many, many moons ago there were a series of toys cars called a "Matchbox" collection. I am sure of you tried googling them you may find something. Matbe someone else will remember if they were Matchbox toys, or if they were from another company.

You could get your whole wedding cake made into a Nissan Patrol towing a camper trailer.
If that's your thing, then any good cake decorator would be able to do it. Not only birthday cakes for cool ideas.
Enjoy your special day, congratulations.

Can't remember the name of it, but there's a shop in Braidwood NSW that specializes in model and toy cars, wouldn't hurt to get in contacted with them

I have considered this but havent found any "good" looking car cakes that dont look a homemade kids cake. It would be cool but!

I did find a company in NSW somewhere that specialises in plastic models of people and cars etc, but when i contacted them they said they dont do cars anymore. But i will google search again tonight and see if i can get some more options.
Thanks for all the replies guys....i realise its a strange question but i thought it would be cool to incorporate our loves in life for a bit of fun! failing the car and camper cake we will probabaly just do something like this below! lol.
Keep coming with the ideas if you think of any more.

This is the Braidwood model shop. Patrol doesn't come up when you search, but you could ring them and ask.
