Hi From Sunshine Coast
« on: August 07, 2017, 08:13:57 AM »
My wife and I have just bought our first ever camper trailer. Cub Weekender.
We were converted at this year's SuperShow at the Brisbane Showgrounds.
Looking forward to getting out and about in this great country.
We have a 2015 Subaru Forester so we decided to keep the CT as light as possible to save on fuel and to stay within the limits of the Subi's towing capacity.
We are heading off early next week for our first trip.
Happy to take any advice and suggestions about the first trip co's and don'ts.
At this stage we are looking at staying at campgrounds and CV parks that have toilet and shower facilities as we have not bought these items as yet. Will search other areas of the forum for your collective advice.

Cheers Greg and Ann.
