Are you sure they're not lying on the couch at home watching the game on TV?

TV Ratings might disagree with you there. More so when you consider the much smaller fan base of league.

The u20s was a good game,   Shame the broncs couldn't kick the last goal to send it to extra time

would have been good to see extra time after they almost pulled off that big come back in the second half of the game

Probably should have mentioned The Prides great win in the second game above also. A team of no names playing a team full of NRL experienced players and coming up trumps to take out a state vrs state championship  8)

what you call gridiron a game? More sleepy than tennis, and a bigger farce than synchronized swimming...

As opposed to a game where you can climb on somebody's back but can't push them  :-\

That's the south , bit like having a public holiday on a Tuesday, only in Victoria

the Dogs certainly have done well to only be 6 down at halftime with the possession Souths have had.

I don't see an issue with the modern scrum. Must be peoples hang up with the past. The scrums stopped working years ago. The modern scrum keeps 6 out of the set line. It's part of the game today.
