Prototype cabinet for this years pallet project.

Made using recycled copper and pallets all from Tentworld Toowoomba except some longer stuff for the trim top & bottom.

I have until July to do a better version for the event hope I can get it done.

Sorry for the crappy photo but that is as good as it gets from me ;D

Thanks again Jon.

Most laser cutting places have folding gear, and will fold small pieces for you for next to nothing

Opened the door to my shed today after being away for 2 weeks, and shut it again.  Need to let off some insect bombs, ****ing spiders have moved in...

Also on the lookout for some second hand Dexion to get all the Shit up off the floor and organised.  Has anyone night second hand racking in Melbourne for a good price from a decent supplier?

I found a guy off eBay and contacted him directly. Bought long span pallet racking new and he delivered, 3 x 2000 x 2000 x 600 racks with 4 shelves, included the wood shelves and fittings. Don't know that it was a name brand but it's been fine for 15 years.

Unfortunately, often not at laser speed :'(

When I built boxes on the CT, I went in to a local metal place that had been recommended to get them to fold the lid of the box.

"Yeah mate, not a problem, couple of days"

2 weeks & a phone call later (Oh yeah, sorry, haven't been able to get to it yet - maybe tomorrow?), I went back in to ask & my piece of plate was still leaning up against the front of the counter where I'd left it! ::) :'(

"Oh, yeah, right, sorry"

It was still another few days before they rang me to say OK, it's done.

A shed is never big enough :(
Only gave it a tidy up after Jack resealed his injector pump, I was pretty happy about how much room I had.
Then his bullbar came off to raptor spray it, he bought a winch and his bar won't take it, so it's on a set of sawhorses.
And now he's put his lift in and he's waiting for the Brake line extensions to turn up.
Next week the Fitness station goes, more room. But something will take it's place :(
