Folks,
With a grateful heart I would like to announce that Jon from Tentworld has just signed up for a 4th straight year as a Premium Sponsor of the Forum :cup: :cup: :cup:. What does this mean you ask? It means that he has just single handedly ensured that the Forum's server costs are now covered for the next 6 months!!!
Please ensure that you pop onto Tentworld's website (https://www.tentworld.com.au/) when you next need to purchase some camping and/or outdoors equipment or, if you are able to, pop into one of their magnificent stores and let one of their friendly staff help you find the product that best suits your needs. They have stores in:
Australian Capital Territory
Canberra - Fyshwick
New South Wales
Sydney - Punchbowl
Tweed Heads - South
Queensland
Brisbane - Archerfield
Brisbane - Brendale
Brisbane - Browns Plains
Gold Coast - Burleigh Heads
Ipswich - North Ipswich
Sunshine Coast - Warana
Toowoomba - Harristown
Townsville - Garbutt
Cairns - Coming Soon
South Australia
Adelaide - Prospect
Victoria
Melbourne - Ferntree Gully
Western Australia
Perth - Midland
Thank you Jon - thank you, thank you, thank you   . Your generosity is overwhelming.
-
Thanks John for the continued support and congratulations on the new store in Cairns.
-
Thank you Jon .. Your crew at Tent World Tweed are great to deal with .. ..
-
As a token of my appreciation I have just ordered a birthday present for my friend off the website ;D ;D ;D.
My mate gets a great present and Tentworld gets a little thank you for the sponsorship - win win! :cup:

Thanks Jon
I know in the current times every dollar is needed to keep businesses afloat
Well done👍👍

The one and only Melbourne shop is on the other side of town.
Fortunately, online works very well... :cup: :cup:

Fantastic news and this is why I buy 90% of my camping equipment from Tentworld. That plus the staff give good advice unlike some of the other camping stores.
-
This is great news. All of my camping gear come from Tentworld's Brendale store. I sometimes have a wander around Snowys which is just down the road, but always walk out empty handed. I haven't been in a BCF store in many years now and 4wd supercenter(also at Brendale) is not that different from BCF - CRAP!

Many have driven further and reported the trip to be worth it GeoffA ! ;D
But yes, online shopping is also very convenient! :cup:

my last 2 camping purchases resulted in 2 visits to a Browns Plains store visit!
says abit! ;)
thankyou BTW

I shop at the Canberra store and tell them I am shopping there because they sponsor this site. This year we have spent well over a $1K re-equipping ourselves for tent camping.
-
I like to support Tentworld Melbourne too. Good pricing and range. I am over the big camping shops. They all carry their own junky in-house brands.
Thank You John.

I'd love be able to make the trip, Jon. Our restricted travel radius means it hasn't been possible for some time. Perhaps when lockdowns finish...

Yes of course, I meant in normal times. I know our Ferntree team would greatly appreciate it - they miss seeing their customers in store. It's been such a tough time for Melbourne people.

Thank you very much for your support!
It's your help that allows us to continue to show Australians what a real camping store looks like and bring the good fight to BCF/Anaconda with their huge marketing budgets.
  :cup:
BTW guys, I am loving all these glowing reviews and I am so glad that we signed up to support MySwag for another year.
Remember though that I do know that we sometimes make mistakes or could do better in some way or maybe we're missing some fantastic widget that you think we should stock. Feel free to always send me PMs with this or on the board - I always appreciate opportunities to understand how we could do better.
