What's the go with all this 'Tyre Temp & Wear' stuff? Hasn't riding with tyres that wear during the event, been happening since the 1st ever race?

Has 'The Doctor' reached his limit? (Although he was doing OK until the whoopsie.)
Last night's race was pretty lacklustre compared to some of the recent races. Was it the track? Are the riders pushing too hard? Are the machines too gizmo-ed these days?
Sooo many questions!

p.s. It's lucky our Jack manages to qualify well or he'd never get points.

Its become the standard... Like all racing - there are so many in the field that are just there to make up the numbers... like the Aprilias... the only way they'd win is if everyone else crashed.
If you want competitive racing - watch Moto3... ****in insane.
But I hope it will pickup once Marquez comes back to dominate.

Known as Midpack miller... lives in the middle of nowhere on the track.

Yea, I watch all 3 classes and Moto3 is the pick.

Years ago, when car racing interested me, I loved the 'Formula V' events. Never knew who'd win until the chequered flag ;D

Gary McMoy was in my opinion one of the most fun to watch.
But the best ride I've seen was Troy Corser on a  super bike coming over the hill at Phillip Is and having the bike sliding about a metre sideways at full noise.

To me nothing comes close to the races between Schwantz Vs Rainey

Some of the braking and passing moves they pulled on each other defied logic, gravity and everything.
Sometimes it looked like 2 mates at a ride day they were that close and trusting of each other

You do know that Garry McCoy lives out at Cooyar and owns the Cafe there?
So long as you have tried your best, you should have no regrets.

Moto GP is led by politics. Same as road racing in Australia.  The golden years have long gone and I doubt we will ever see them again.  A few more years and all electric bikes will be the go.   I also hope Markie gets back soon.  At least his wild riding made for an entertaining race. The Doctor is out classed now...has been for a while.
Having lots of friends on farcebook is the same as having lots of money in monopoly...means absolutely nothing!!

I only raced bikes there once, 250 proddies... scared **** out of me... just couldnt put everythign into it.
our club was heavily involved in the 70/80s in running the bike races (Arthur and Jan Blizzard), we used to marshall up there.. was always an awesome weekend.

Moto3 bikes are now lapping under Valentino Rossi’s 500 cc lap record set on the NSR500 two-stroke in 2001.  :o :o :o :o :o
