3D Printers
« on: August 09, 2021, 04:12:33 AM »
I'm looking at getting into these and I'm suffering from info overload and my poor brain is full and ready to explode.  :o  Anyone on here with experience in them and using them at all.  ??? I'm not looking at gazillion dollar ones but the Creality Ender range. I'm wanting to make my own parts for different areas of treadlies that have shown up weaknesses and also other areas away from bikes.  ???

I may have 1 or 4 of them. Creality ones will be needing mods to get the best out of them. Buy cheap pay twice. Filament drying is now becoming a standard before using them. Expect a lot of rejected parts.

Got the SA pass. Good to go.
After 2 months of being unable to work or get any government funding, ever, (didn’t meet their criteria), I’m looking forward to doing some actual work.

So going to the local butchers for some king rib eye steaks, local IGA for milk, hitch up the trailer, 270ltrs diesel already on board, I’m breaking out……………. Legally  ;D

Thanks, gotta say I'm pretty happy with that for a first try.  :) Now to learn how to use it and design and import things will be a big ask of my little brain.  ;D
