X-rated horse names just being mispronounced, Racing Australia says

At first glance it seemed like a cheeky owner had snuck two X-rated horse names past Racing Australia, but the governing body insists we’re just pronouncing them wrong.

Punters were having a giggle after a pair of nags named Lovin’ Deqoque and Get On Deqoque appeared in separate trials at Deagon Racecourse north of Brisbane on Tuesday.

The horses, both trained by Darryl Ward and ridden by jockey Bobby El-Issa, finished fourth and second in their respective runs but it was their unusual monikers which caught the attention of racing fans and even made headlines overseas.

“Interesting how the #1 in Trial 8 and #5 in Trial 9 got through the system when named,” Steve Ridge tweeted.

And as for "Australians who hold a British passport will see their right to work across Europe disappear" The EU probably see it the same way we'd see a foreigner, trying to claim a "right to work here", under a technicality..
4.2L TD Toyota Troopy, (Clarke's Country Camper Trailer, softfloor.) sold it and bought a Avan Ray small poptop caravan. I miss being able to acces the little tracks off into the scrub.

I'm trying to understand the crying out of the top up payments being cut.
We can't survive on it  the goverment must keep it going.
Ffs, it was never to be permanent, now that they have lived out side of the means, poor me.

Given the choice most would happily sit back doing nothing and getting more for it then going to work and being paid .

Al,
Many are, that's what p15535 me and others.
One family I know of,
Both parents don't work(haven't for about 6 odd years), rent, 4 kids under 10, and have just updated their vehicle to a 2018 Dmax wagon.
WTF

The system is broken.

Why not do it?? makes sense.. why look a gift horse..

They probably have a more relaxed life as dead Shits sitting at home firing out kids hand over fist for another 200/wk or what ever they get, travelling, sun sand surf than those of us that stress over work and do stupid hours with unrealistic expectations. Hairs example there with the updated car is a prime example... I have mates back home that have never worked in their life, and they are older than me. I could name 5 without trying.

Mate, it's generational too.
Grand parents have never worked, their kids have never worked, their kids have never worked and the next generation believe they are entitled aswell.
As said.
The system is broken.

Now, I'm not a completely heartless arsehat, there are those who genuinely need a hand,
That's what our society is soppose to do, help people.
But when it becomes a lifestyle choice, screw em.

Yep after the stimulus packages are stopped maybe they can start looking at individual cases.   Shake the whole system up.

Oh, they've already made their views known to the goverment.
'How does Scott Morrison expect the most vulnerable to survive post Covid'
Calling the goverment heartless, do they(gov) have no shame.

Maybe we could try the 996 system

Was reading that yesterday.

I was really impressed ::) with:

"Chinese employees who have worked up to 10 years with the same company are usually entitled to five days of annual leave, although they also have 11 days of paid public holiday leave."

Wow, 5 days leave!!! :o (after 10 years)

Their generosity is truly amazing! ::)

I do wonder, though, who all the Chinese tourists that we see out here are then ???

IMO, there shouldn't be any international tourist here until this Sh1t fight is sorted.

I think I learnt about "normal times" in history lessons.  Didn't believe it though.
