I remember reading on here about tensioned steelwork etc for concrete formwork and immediately thought of it when I saw this . Sorry it’s a FB link. Live the guy clinging to the hose  ;D

Wouldn't it be due to the bad support structure holding up the base on which they're pouring the concrete onto?

Yes, Formwork collapse. Used to be fairly common here too. Thank God the steelies can tie well or they’d all have gone down in it.
