Did you buy them in the men's section or the women's section of the shop?

NOW.... there is a whole new question, in this day and stupid age, is there still a men's and women's clothing section?

Maybe Caption Peacock has them all in the same section now.

I only take cans camping. Coupla reasons why.. They chill quicker, they are lighter, they take up less space and easier to pack (don't have the wasted space around the neck) and you can just squash them and chuck them in a bag to take home with you.

MADE IN CHINA.  ( or nowadays Vietnam, Pakistan, Indonesia )  My dad used to own a clothes shop yrs ago……remember when you could buy a pair of Levi’s. When you wanted another pair, you didn’t need to try them on….just order or buy the same size…guaranteed to fit.
Same with shoes…..then they all started going offshore.

drain em well, then squash em, throw em in one or 2 of the 29308423984203948 Coles plastic bags in the back of the car, or in a bag mounted to the spare wheel which doubles as lots of things... those bags are very handy- on car or trailer....

My wife always presents me with a massive sack of rubbish and recycling just as I have finished the Tetris like job of packing the car to go home. Every frigging time.

It drives me nuts and the bloody stuff seems to take up twice the volume empty than it does full.

We used to have a senior parks ranger as a member who worked for the High Country division of Parks and Wildfire service as a member on here.. He was great, even had medals for bravery... Still love to buy him a beer for his sfforts tehre

Anyway His reply to people who thought that throwing cans in the fire was the solution was to hand them a fine and as may kg of supposed destroyed cans/bottles from fire pits as they could handle.

They melt but they dont disappear

So I picked up an OLD hydraulic shop press for the right price, that I plan to make a few changes too to suit me. But different to most that I have seen for sale, this one has 10mm plate with a beveled edge top and bottom.

Would this be for crimping or something else? The bottom ones it's slightly higher than that bed either side.

maybe the bottom plate edge is used to locate a V block, or various styles of V block?

No, looks like it was originally a hire one for "compressor hire services" who's phone number (7 numbers) is now Coates hire. Looks to be made before these kind of things were mass produced.

I have wonder about that too, but by the time you added plates top and bottom, you are probably only left with a 100mm opening, which is getting pretty tight to push anything in or out.

Yes, but if it's for bending sheet or light plate, it should be OK.. Vee block on the bottom, then slide the sheet through, then the top edge pushes down into the V.

Yeah, that's now my most likely scenario.

A Question for the Crafty Blokes Here
« Reply #1492 on: August 03, 2021, 01:12:40 PM »
We were going to ditch this timber bookcase, but I have re-purposed it as an orchard stand.

I will be getting bases for the porous, terracotta pots, but feel that a bit of water proofing of the timber may be advantageous. Will a normal paint suffice, or is there a product that would be better suited?

Thanks.

Bit of gloss enamel would do fine, just put a saucer under each pot

My Turn, another question for the wood butchers  >:D

We're getting timber flooring installed in the next couple of weeks, and once done I'll be replacing the skirting. The old skirt that came off is 70x11 and we have 45x11 for the architraves. I plan on using a different profile for the new skirting, and I'm contemplating stepping the size up to 90x18. The change in profile isn't a concern as the style of the new skirt should blend OK with the old arc. The 11mm to 18mm step in thickness is fine as I can mitre the edge where the skirt meets the arc at the doors.

My question is - will it look wrong having 90mm skirt with 45mm arc? Is there a rule that needs to followed for the width ratio's? (ie-should I now step the arc up to 66mm?) Or am I just overthinking it?

No, it'll be fine mate
Get a sample and lay it down over your existing skirting
If your happy with the look go for it
90x10 skirting with 45x10 architrave is not unusual
If your not prepaired to stand behind our troops
Then feel free to stand in front of them

There is no set fast rule of size ratio. It depends on your taste or what the architect dreams up in their brain. If your happy away you go.

Do people honestly pay money to "stars" for naked photos and lingerie photos etc

https://besttoppers.com/top-earners-on-onlyfans//

for example
Bella Thorne
Followers:   24.3M
Subscription Fee:   $9.99 per month
Estimated Monthly Earning:   $11M

Bella Thorne is the one who started earning instantly after joining the OnlyFans application. In her first 24 hours, she earned one million dollars, and now she makes eleven million dollars per month.

or

Blac Chyna

Subscription Fee:   $19.99 per month
Estimated Monthly Earning:   $20M

The reality TV show star, entrepreneur, and model Angelina Renee White was professionally called Blac Chyna. Today, she is the number one earner on OnlyFans with approximately twenty-dollar million per month. When she joined this platform, her subscription price was too high, but now you can subscribe at an affordable rate. She posted less than 150 photos on her profile that can be only accessible by her subscribed users.

I might have to sign up and get Mr Winky out for a run.
