If you're building your own I have a suggestion from my own experience. I have a tough toys awning on one side that I bought and an iron man that came with my rig on the other side. The biggest thing for me that puts the TT above the iron man is that the legs and horizontal stays each have their own channel to sit in, so there's no need to completely collapse them. We hardly ever even adjust the leg heights. The iron man, on the other hand, has shared channels, so everything has to be completely shortened when packing up. It's nice being able to drop the legs out and not have to mess with the height.
Looks like you have that covered with your pic there, but just thought I'd chuck it out there.

Ullrich have an enormous range of extrusions. You can look through their cattledog here https://www.ullrich.com.au/extrusions (https://www.ullrich.com.au/extrusions)

might be easiest/cheapest to pick up an existing (new or used) one and modify it to suit.
