What's happened to the Mud Map App.?
« on: June 25, 2017, 07:24:20 AM »
Went to reinstall the app this morning, as I have upgraded phones, and can find no trace of it in Play Store. I can only assume they have disappeared and shut it down.
$99 out of pocket.
What everyone using for an Android based off road nav app?
Cheers, Mike.

Memory map, good easy to use app, plenty of maps avaliable and very good after sales service, I updated my tablet and was having problems transferring everything,  called Memory Map and they solved it with in the hour.
Stay safe and play fair.

Hi Mike,
I use Oziexplorer on my Tablet 10" Samsung>
I have the Hema 2012 maps as well as the topographic set for NSW.
I find the Hema maps lack a lot of detail, so I use the Toppo's for fire trails, stock routes and creeks.
BTW I'm in the Clarence Valley and the Hema maps are wrong for things like locked gates and the likes in National parks in our area.
I don't know how they gather their information, unless who every has given them the track file has driven around these gates and through fencing elsewhere.
You don't use magic to disappear, all you need is a 4wd & a Swag ;)
