If 6 stud landcruiser, just pick up a set of old split rims , cut away the fixed rim and the retaining lip then wrap some carpet around with teck screws holding carpet in place.
Easiest way to make some carastow rims

Measured the roller door and realised I'll need a set of small wheels to put a hybrid van in it

Or a more permanent solution change the roller door for  roller shutters.
2.1 door opening and the door tracks won't allow it to go up the last 40 mm I assume
RD drums around 500mm
My 3.2 door fits inside the 250mm box you can see at the top of the second door but a 2.1 should fit in 200mm
A simple nibbler on your drill to trim the sheet.
Reuse the j trim.
Bob's your aunty.

I still have to adjust the waves out of my doors.

The sheds high enough to put the roof up when we get it, but the beam over the door is too low...

I can pick up a second set of wheels for under $100, so it's not a huge drama, just another step for going away or coming back

Yep...or you could get air bag suspension....but will you remember to lower it every time it goes through the door??  :o

The door height on our shed is 2.6m.
The carport that the van has to pass through to get to the shed is 2.5m high.
I wouldn't want the shed door height to be any lower than 2.4m.

Depends on the van you're looking at....

Sold this on Anzac day after 1 last quick wheel

Bought this on thursday

Thankfully still have this to fiddle eith and go camping/4wding.
Just will have to drive round some of the more hectic tracks now

Sadly the old ute got stickered, 7 years of still being registered as a wagon, though was engineered and mod plated.
Not in a place to get it over pits, otherwise would have done it hands down.
But wont lie, its nice not clenching every time a cop drives past, and having working aircon etc.

Dunno if my patrol days are over, reckon long term a GU patrol or a dmax....missing having a tray already.....but will enjoy the mux fornow.
Just need to reinvent my campung setup from this

To fit in mux.
And replace the cast iron burner, or find a good table for it.

Thought about that, but it's structural, so a massive pain in the arse to do it....

Thought about airbags, but it's a 15' hybrid, so overkill.  Trolley jack and rattle gun is max 5 minutes to change 2 wheels, so that's what we'll have to do until the next house, wherever that is, and will factory in the roller in it next build

Cleaned the shed up, after the young fella put a 2" lift in his HiLux, raptor sprayed his bullbar, boxes, old springs/shocks/components, left on the floor, not happy Jan :(
Ho look, we can get another vehicle in there now, :)

Interested to know why you believe airbags are an overkill.
I see them as just another suspension alternative.

Do you have the hybrid yet?
Which one??

Maybe not....what's your max towing?

Depends how they're specced.
This one has 370L water capacity (4 tanks), lots of solar panels, 2 awnings and 2 spares.
I'd have to fill every water tank and crevice to get it to 3 tonne.
Ball weight with 270L of water is about 200kg.

Geoff,
It's amazing how many vehicles travelling that are overloaded.
Especially dual cabs, double spare wheels, some with roof top carry pods/tents/tinnies and towing campers/vans.
Ball weight, What's Ball weight? My rig can tow 3.5 ton.

Yes it is, but most exceed their maximum rear axle capacity long before they hit max ball load, GVM, or GCM.
