We could be, in a couple of months. Depends on Covid closures as to how far we can get.
Where are you getting the info re roads opening? (I know where to look for closures.). Does you source include re-opening of Covid restriction affected indigenous regions/roads?
Cheers.

Safe trip ,Craig. I'm camping out from Gympie from tomorrow, for a few days, then the Disco's in for a service next Tuesday and then I'm a free agent for month or so! Hope the weather is kind to you and Dave.

Hi Fizzie, We were all going to the tip as wife and i have not been up since 1991 and kids have never been, but the Cape opened a bit late for us to go, But I always have a trip away once or twice a year with a mate or mates, Thanks we catch a feed and all is good, and do heaps of exploring Craig

Hi Bm, The Weipa caravan park put out post on FB that Weipa was open and I confirmed it with my Nice who lives in Weipa, and one of my old mates that I camp beside at penny his nice is high up in QLD health told my mate about Mapoon being open and the Jardine ferry but have not had it confirmed, But I do not care as only going around Weipa and if they do not open stay at Van park for a week or so or at my Nices for awhile, Craig
Hi Steve, sounds nice be wet and cold maybe west of Gympie, we had 30ml of rain overnight and today and still raining now, we will thanks its all about relaxing catching a feed of fresh fish in a great spot and be its warm, Craig
