Hello everyone
« on: January 07, 2011, 10:35:53 PM »
Hi all,

I am a new member as of today and thought I should introduce myself.
I am onto my second camper trailer and second 4WD.

I own a 2010 Mitsubishi Pajero to which I have added some extras!   I have Bull Bar, winch, driving lights, uhf radio, cargo barrier, cargo drawers, Fridge Slide, Long Range auxiliary fuel tank, Snorkel, Dual Battery, Heavy duty Rhino roof racks, Anderson Plug to rear for charging camper battery.   The maiden voyage for the Pajero(there was less than 1000 km on the clock when we left home) was to Broome, Cape Leveque and the Gibb River Road and covered all mainland states to a larger or lesser degree!

In 2008 I bought a new Goldstream Crown Offroad Campertrailer and its maiden voyage was from Wollongong NSW to the South of WA and back.

The Goldstream has same wheels and tyres as tow vehicle (the old tow vehicle not the new one)
Independent Suspension
Electric water pump
Exterior water tap from the tank put on the draw bar
Mixer tap in kitchen. Turn one way = Tank water. Other way = Mains water
Battery Pack includes 2 X 100 A/hr batteries
Outside table
Fiamma Awning
Galvanised floor
Paint and textile protection
Attachments for Trail-A-Mate Caravan
Extra 4.5kg gas bottle

My wife Marge & I are planning a trip to the Victorian high country in February then on to Ballarat, Bendigo and back home over about 3 weeks, and we are really looking forward to that!

I love camping and cooking in Camp Ovens and on the open fire.

Cheers for now
Greg.

Hi D4D,
Not sure which tap you are referring to.  Are you interested in the mixer tap inside on the sink or the exterior tap on the draw bar?

Either way it will be a day or two  before I can get to it.   Need to wait for the rain to stop and get a nice sunny day.

Cheers
Greg
