Gday from Melb
« on: February 07, 2015, 01:17:16 AM »
Hi All,

Just bought me first camper trailer and thought it would be a good idea to do some research, meet some folk, share some ideas and experience, make some friends and learn, learn, learn.

The camper is a Pioneer Prospector 2008 model for a good price and doing some bits and pieces to make it our new home away from home. My wife and I have done a fair bit of camping over the last 20 years and now decided to leave the kids at home, pull some $$ outa hiding lol and set ourselves up and head off once a year. First trip is to WA in May/June so giving both the camper and the new Patrol a good run. I still have to setup my Profile so Ill get stuck into that for now, have a good look around and chase up some queries I have over the next coupla weeks.

Look Forward to hopefully interact with you somewhere along the track.'

  Cheers

Dave

Welcome Dave,
Great choice of camper.  Well made and tuff as all get out.   Lots of parts still available for post 06 models from the factory in Dandenong at very reasonable prices.  Eg the big front mudflaps at $30 each. Feel free to pm me if you would like to chat re what works and what doesn't. ...
Cheers
