Hi All

Just joined MySwag. Have tented for a number of years on and off, but now thinking of investing in a camper trailer. I have a GU patrol as a tow vehicle so that sides covered. Just need the treasury department to release a budget that includes recreational equipment.

If the head of your Treasury Department enjoys camping as much as mine, and you point out how easy and comfortable a campertrailer will make camping, I'm sure the funds will be released in a jiffy.  Even quicker if you make it seem like it was her idea. ???

Further to GD's point, if your wife is less interested in camping, show her a few campers, hire maybe, or come along to a MySwag do and she'll quickly get an idea of how comfortable one can be.

Welcome to the forum, as others have said hire a couple of campers for the better half to get used to and the tent will be put on the top shelf for a long time.
