Last weigh in of 2017: 90.6kg

08/01/18: 98.7kg - yeahhh i enjoyed my xmas lol
10/01/18: 97.6kg
01/03/18: 94.8kg
09/03/18: 93.2kg
29/03/18: 95.0kg

Have moved to maintenance and am happy fluctuating between 92-98kg. Really focusing on building muscle now so a lot more food which is a nice change after two years of deficit.

Doc wanted me to try and get down to 115 Kg .. from 132 + Kg . .
Started
09-10-17  at 132+ Kg      .. 16 Kg's OFF in roughly 8 weeks
Started 2018 at :
31-12-17  =  116.8 Kg
05-01-18  =  115.0 Kg  Target weight yay..
10-01-18  =  114.2 Kg   Only down a little but lighter than Ive been in 30+ years .. 18.3 Kg off in 3  months calorie limiting  ;D
16-01-18  =  114  <>  115 Kg  Holding steady Happy at that for the moment .
21-01-18  =  115.1 Kg  Still holding steady +- 
23-01-18  =  113.7 Kg  Broke another lowest in 30 + years  weight marker  Today ....  :cup:
04-02-18  =  114.2 Kg  On target and ready for the Date with the Surgeons Knife in on the 6th
12-02-18  =  113.6 Kg  Went under the knife at 113.1 Kg dropped into the 110 Kg ish in hospital, Now to keep the weight OFF
16-02-18  =  111.4 Kg  Still headed DOWN [  21.2 Kg ]  off, Saw my GP 1st time since started loosing weight, He was shocked  ;D
27-02-18  =  109.7 Kg  In Hospital for a week due to complications, Looking forward to real food with taste .Still headed down .
05-03-18  =  110.0 Kg  Think Ill try to maintain around this  level and see how I go .. Happy enough with this result so far ..
12-03-18  =  108.6 Kg  Still dropped a bit, Off antibiotics now, So might be allowed  to have a beer in celebration  :D
06-04-18  =  107.0 Kg  Been back on the Antibiotics fighting post surgery complications the last few weeks

I have been using the Man Shake programme since August 2017 in my bid to loose the kg's
Goal is around 85-90 kg

12/01/18 - 101.9 been on holidays lots of beer and snacks ;D

23/02/18 - 102.4 got slack and parked the pushy up for a bit.

Weight at 01/01/2018 = 96.8kg
Weight today 03/05/2018 = 84.6kg

Pretty happy with that, but if I can get down to 80kg I’ll be even happier. ;)

It’s been a conscious effort this year after about 8 years of laziness.
I’ve hovered between 77kg and 85kg since high school and always said I don’t want to be over 95kg, was a bit of a shock when I saw I was so close to triple figures at Christmas time. :(

So the wife and I have been walking at least 5km every morning and throw in a bunch of pushups and dips halfway through. We jog a couple of km a couple of times a week.
And apart from eating Subway instead of Maccas when I’m on the road for work that’s about the only real lifestyle change I’ve done.
Still drink way too much beer and pile up the dinner plate with my wife’s awesome cooking every night. ;)

I’m not one to keep a running telly with this weight loss stuff, but will post up if I can manage to get down to 80kg.

Small can of baked beans a banana  and two beers for a day or two and you'd be down into the high 70's Pete  ;D  Then set yourself a 2000 cal limit and maintain .
