I received this email from Lance while I was away, so I will post it up now for tomorrow.

First I would like to thank all our friends and acquaintances for thoughts and prayers, messages, phone calls and emails etc at the passing of my wife and their mother an Nanny, Marg.

Arrangements have now been finalized and if you would like to join us in celebrating Marg’s life the funeral will be on FRIDAY 5th April at the crematorium on Foster road at Whiterock starting at 10 AM.

If you are coming from interstate I have beds a plenty at our home..

Lance and family.

A huge thank you from all who attended Marg's celebration of her life.  The morning and arvo were amazing and she would have loved to be there in body but instead she was there in soul.

We all had a grand time celebrating her life including a 1/2 yard boat race which my daughter won quite easily and that would have had a huge grin on Margs face.

Many thanks to the myswag group aussie wide who made my last few days somewhat bearable having lost my best mate in life of 41 years.

Thanks guys - you DID MAKE A DIFFERENCE to me and mine..

Love you all and will see you out there in our big backyard.. If this is a bit disjointed blame the beer company not me..

Special thanx to Teabag and Bec, John and Bonnie and Duggie and not forgetting Paul and Bern from the group who also shared today with me and my family..If I have forgotten anyone I apologize ...

Shit happens but believe this that MYSWAG is very special to me and Marg when she was with us... :)

Lance

Though we have never met, my heartfelt condolences go out to you and your family. I can only imagine the heartbreak of losing your best friend of 41 years.  She looks like such a beautiful woman, and the energy around her in that photo is strong! I hope you can soon get out  camping again and enjoy the great outdoors, with the happy memorys of Marg still fresh in your mind. Stay strong mate, and remember the Swagger community is ALWAYS here to help out!

Cheers Chippy :D

To all my friends here on this site a huge thank-you from my family and myself.

Marg was a very special lady to us all. Some of you on here have met her and others not but the support from all of you has been great.. Yes it is hard at times and I still have my moments but things are getting slowly easier for us as a family - only time will help..Many fond memories for all of us.

I am presently going through the house tidying up as one does and am taking my time about it. There are many legal matters that need attending to and that has taken a large part of my time, that and helping my four children and two grand children get through this period in their lives.

I will be back with a vengeance so bide you time - I will be back..

Grrr!!!
