Isn't this the show where the NSW and ACT 4WD associations allegedly lost $250,000 of members money and now they want to repeat it?  Nice to see the board that ran it is accountable to the members for the loss of $250,000 of the memebrs money!

Pity the NSW board doesn't achieve what the Victorian 4WD Association has achieved with access to MVO tracks, National Parks, working with NSW Parks etc etc.  Rather than waste time on wasting members money...

Anyway I guess I will go and try and help them achieve at least break even.  But me thinks the organisers couldn't organise a S$&t fight in a pigsty.  Just going on the report form last year...

Cheers

I heard they've got someone else (more experienced at this sort of thing) managing it for them this year but can't remember the details now.  The way I understood it, the association isn't exposed to the same financial risk this year.

It was free last year wasn't it? Perhaps they are going to charge entry this year

I thought it was good, better than the Rosehill show in many respects

As bigjules wrote above it was a good show and better than Rosehill. We will be going again this year. It can only get bigger and better from here.
