BFC fridge slide bargain

Hi all,

Just in case anyone is in the market - we just picked up an Engel fridge slide to suit 27 - 40L fridges for $159.50 from BFC. Not sure how long the special lasts but they are half price.   ;D ;D ;D

Early engel slides used to rattle, I don't know of the later

Ours doesnt rattle but it is only 2 or 3 years old.

That is really cheap. Do you know if they had larger slides as well?

The Dubbo store only had the one size but it's worth a look at other stores.

Haven't seen a Waeco to compare it to but it looks pretty solid.

After seeing this post, I rang the local BCF and they didn't have any 60 Litre Engel slides in.

They had the smaller Engel Transit Slide in and it did seem cheap.

According to their computer and the staff member I spoke to they are discontinuing the Engel slides in Victorian stores.

That's a shame I could have done with a $200 60 Litre Engel slide. ($400 is way too steep)
