Yeah Slater is that fantastic he gave NZ the last world cup with his brain fades. Great player with inconsistent talent. Lockyer is rock solid all the time.

Why did NSW continue to kick to a player? There kicking game sucked.

Why they let that idiot prattle on about crap is beyond me. 

While i'm on the subject why do they let the drug cheat commentate ?

There are a multitude of more professional presenters.

iv had a fair bit to do with league over the years & i reckin he is bad for the game , nothing against his ability on the field but as a role model wot a joke

I couldn't agree with you more Pete - but on the commentating issue, I add Ray Warren to the list too. Watching a game without both Gus and Ray "rabbitting" on with the piffle they can go on with,  is a much more enjoyable experience.  Those two are an embarassment to all commentators I reckon.
