Looking at buying my first trailer need help!
« on: August 18, 2017, 03:20:47 PM »
Hi all first time poster

I'm looking at buying the SIMPSON Roof top camper trailer. Has anyone had any experience with this camper or recommends something in the simalar price range $15,000.

Thanks in advance

hey there, welcome to the nuthouse...

I'm not familiar with Austrack myself, so I'll let others with more experience with them comment either way.

But if you like that design/style then I'd also look at the Drifta trailers. all Australian made.

Now neither of those include a roof top tent. But a roof top tent can be had pretty damn cheap.

Just a thought.

Muzz
I have looked at them and they are well built for an import, and well priced at $15000.
Australi have made a few improvements the the 2 nd version over the 1st including putting a RV stove instead of a house cooktop like most imports.
Also have a look at the https://www.hardkorrcampers.com.au as they are near identical except dearer.

I would definitely look at Drifta, Luke makes a great product and I believe he uses Hannibal tents
2017 (79 series) Landcruiser, and Evernew E100😎
